Merit Consulting Services was established in March 1984 by two individuals with a vision to change the impersonal approach that was associated with the "employment agency business". The reputation has stayed with us into the millennium. We believe that the size of Merit (8 Personal Consultants) is effective, because, it allows us to conduct our business in a more professional and controlled atmosphere. This philosophy has allowed us to become one of the more respected and successful agencies in the Personnel Industry.
