Merit Consulting Services was established in March 1984 by two individuals who wanted to change the impersonal approach that was associated with the employment agency business to a more personal and professional environment that has stayed with us into the millennium.
We believe that smaller is better because it allows us to conduct our business in a more professional atmosphere, enabling us to make applicants feel more comfortable knowing that we strive to find them the most appropriate position. This philosophy has allowed us to become one of the most respected and successful agencies in the financial services and other industries.
Today, Merit Consulting Services consists of nine employees all dedicated to the same collective goals. Our staff together has over 100 years of experience in the employment business.
