Multimedia Coordinator - $45K Responsible for all the visual communication production and multimedia projects. Basic responsibilities will be maintaining day to day requests for videos, PP presentations, web casts, etc. as well as assisting the manager with meeting clients for a basic understanding of their needs and assisting in coordinating the production process. This position will also work with outside vendors if equipment is needed during production. At least 2 years experience preferred and experience using a MAC platform is strongly preferred.

Meeting Coordinator - $50K Serve as primary point of contact to schedule, monitor, and record all portfolio manager and senior portfolio manager speaking engagement requests. Work with Marketing and Product Management to arrange details for these calls. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal staff and executives. Organize town hall style meeting held once monthly to provide members of Product Management departments, access to senior level executives. Arrange guest list, meeting location and catering details for all meetings.

Facilities Designer Coordinator - $55K Provide administrative and client service support to internal departments . Dispatch Maintenance Technicians, building personnel, schedules and coordinates business-hour, off-hour, and weekend work with Maintenance Technicians, external vendors and/or building provided services. Generates weekly and monthly reports on completed and incomplete service requests to the Facilities Operations Specialist and the Facilities Site Manager . Prepare documents requests, creates histories of Facilities Service Requests, builds relationships with clients, and verbalizes information to appropriate parties . Corresponds with the building to arrange building provided services, including but not limit to material requests, fire suppression system requests, freight and loading dock requests, and special cleaning.

Portfolio Admin - $45K plus bonus Liaison between portfolio managers, brokers and banks. Reconcile cash management and process trades daily. Notify portfolio managers and traders of cash availability and special projects. Requirements are College Degree with some reconciliation experience. Knowledge of domestic and global fixed income securities a plus. MS Word & Excel. Client servicing and composition skills.

Treasury Associate - $65K Looking for a College Graduate with 1-2 years financial background, good school and GPA. The Treasury team ensures financial resources and available and geared toward the Bank. The applicant will manage capital, balance sheet and liquidity for the Bank. They will also be responsible for analyzing risk to satisfy regulatory requirements to support assets within the Bank and other institutions.

Research Associate - Up To $55K Looking for a College Graduate with 1-2 years exp out of a good school to work as a Research Assistant on the buy side of the business. The Analyst will be responsible for analytically supporting a senior Investment Professional on new idea recommendations and monitoring existing positions. They will analyze trends, prepare financial statements and valuation models.

Legal Assistant - $35K National Association seeks grad with interest in legal environment to support senior Execs. Person will assist with management of committee membership, event planning and the disseminating information related to Government Affairs. Candidate must be flexible to travel a few time per year, have solid PC skills and be able to maintain budgets for the department.

HR/Administrative Assistant - $50K College grad with 1 plus years of HR exposure to assist HR Directors with compensation process, employment verifications, payroll issues and new hire orientation. Scheduling interviews, conference calls and travel arrangements as well as general administration. Process new hires, transfers, year end compensation and promotion reviews. Plan and execute events for department and support HR iniatives. Provide database support for the HR group. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and PeopleSoft a plus. This is a career HR track position for an independent, resourceful self starter.

RATING SYSTEMS ANALYST - UP TO 45K Responsible for analysis of insurance manual rules and forms changes, and design and implementation of those changes into our insurance rating system. Converts insurance rating algorithms into computer code rulesets and implements the rulesets in rating system ratebooks. Manages the loading of tables of loss costs and factors to the rateboook. Modifies end user input web screens to collect the additional data elements required for a new or changed coverage. Drafts version release notes and enters metadata pertinent to the ratebooks. Tests new software releases of the rating system code and implements any corrections identified during the Quality Assurance process. Organizes data and requirements for maximum development efficiency. Masters details using solid organizational skills. Communicates well in both written and oral form. Completes all responsibilities as outlined on annual Performance Plan. College degree or equivalent experience required. Math or Computer Science major preferred. Strong Microsoft Office skills required. Personal Computer and mathematical skills required. Experience using insurance concepts, coursework in Computer Science, and experience in general programming are all desirable. Completes all special projects and other duties as assigned.

JUNIOR Equity Research Analyst - $50K plus bonus We are seeking a college grad from a Top rated college to university (eco, acct, finance business degree) with a GPA of 3.5 and excellent analytical aptitude, for this great opportunity. Person should have quantitative modeling, skills MS Office and Market Data sources (Bloomberg, Factset etc.) Must be flexible to provide administrative support while learning about equity research. Candidate will develop into doing complex analysis and to interpret and report results.

FIXED INCOME SETTLEMENT - $37K TO $55K DOE Candidate must have relevant internships or experience with Fixed Income products. Person will be responsible for insuring all F.I. trade activity is processed, transmitted to internal systems and to clients and custodians. Also insure all trades settle properly and follow up on failed trades. Utilization of trade settlements systems OASYS, EPN are a plus. Knowledge of F.I. instruments is essential such as (Corporate Bonds, Municipals, Treasuries currencies, etc.).

Public Relations Administrative Assistant - $50k TO $60k National investment firm seeks candidate with 3 plus years of relevant experience in an Public Relations or Financial PR environment. Person should have strong financial writing skills to produce PR and other promotional pieces as well as coordinate media relations both externally and internally. Assist with product promotion, projects and support regional and global teams in providing administrative support ( press officers, media calls, monitor media clippings), coordinate journalist meetings and press conferences. Maintain contact database, photo library and press releases. College degree, strong organizational, PC, planning and ability to work in fast pace environment.

Research Analyst - $20 TO $30 per hour International Bank seeks candidate with research and analytical abilities. Strong writing ability. College graduate with internships preferred, to perform financial analysis and enhanced due diligence, including research and investigation into possible cases of suspicious activity or money laundering. Corp Loan Specialist - $80k Candidate should have 1 + years in agented transactions to maintain and service corporate loans. Inter face directly with borrower, lenders, relationship mgt, syndication, trade and accounting groups. Loans transactions can rage from simple, syndicated and agented transactions.

Commercial Loan Officer – $70k (Position in Brooklyn and Monmouth County N.J.) Responsible for the development and maintenance of commercial relationships. Asst branch mgr and business development reps to service existing and solicit new business relationships. Candidate is responsible for weekly reports, credit records, loan approvals and monitor portfolio to insure adequate credit quality.

Operations Risk Analyst - $60k Candidate must have 2 years operations experience, exposure to transaction processing and knowledge of “Visual Basic”.
