Merit provides PRE-EMPLOYMENT screening as part of our total Human Resources compliance solution. All of our candidates are prescreened as part of out total employee
evaluation process. Candidates are interviewed IN-PERSON and REFERENCES are confirmed which includes: confirmation of dates of employment, verification of title and when
applicable, salaries are substantiated either by W2 or Pay-stub. We also can provide additional screening for CREDIT, Level of EDUCATION completed, DRIVERS LICENSE,
SOCIAL SECURITY verification and a NATIONAL CRIMINAL SCAN and DRUG TESTING if required.
As part of our standard we provide skill testing allowing us to guarantee the quality of each candidates skills and to verify that you are getting the skill set that you require.
