are sampling the quality of the candidate's performance as a temporary, the hourly bill rate will reflect your costs as if they were on your own payroll. With the liquidation fee of
10% of the salary ($3500) as opposed to a full fee of up to 25% ($10,000), your total cost per hire would fall within the budgeted salary for the role.
